Good service, always have appointments. Vets and staff are friendly. Good COVID 19 measures in place. Runs reliably on time. I would say go for the packaged deals, saves you some money in the long run plus good for their business as you can build rapport/loyalty.
Would recommend as a vet service. Been taking our beautiful kitten there. No complaints, no concerns.
I found shires vets very helpful a nice guy come out on Sunday for emergency and was ever so nice with my young colt and was very gentle. He also was very helpful to me and my mum as he explained what he wanted to do and why and best way forward. So 100% recommend this vets too any one 😀
I am a new customer of the practice, and have been welcomed whole heartedly. Very supportive when I needed medication for my sheep during lock down. Helpful and friendly, so pleased we moved our animals to their care. Completely recommended 5*****
Took our cats for their annual check up and the practice is set up well to follow COVID guidelines, with the someone coming out to the car to collect the cats from us, then delivering them back to us after they’d finished.
A very polite and friendly team
Great service. Pets are collected from the car park by the vet/vet nurse and taken indoors for treatment. Once returned I got a full run-down on all ailments and how my dog was.
