I went with Dotty and Sasha yesterday, had to stay in the car but a very pleasant and helpful veterinary professional came before our appointment time. They were having their vaccinations. I forgot Dotty's card to show what she'd had at another Vets. Not only did they ring the other vets but made arrangements for her history to transferred. Very helpful friendly and efficient. Thank you
