My cat went 'missing' for a whole day. Then we found her hiding under a table in the corner feeling sorry for herself and she hadn't eaten all day. We waited until the next day to see how she was feeling and she refused breakfast, didn't use the loo, and wasn't herself. worried, I rang the vets and the friendly and sympathetic receptionist was so good and she squeezed me in at the end of service with the vets agreement. She was seen and had a respiratory infection and high temperature. She was given painkillers and antibiotics and when I got her home she was begging for food. Took her in again for a follow up the next day and her temperature was down, and she is fine again. The vet also gave her a long term shot of antibiotics because she refuses to take tablets. Very very happy with the friendly (covid safe) service and I'm so grateful they squeezed me in when I was so scared she was really Ill even though my parents thought she'd get better on her own but I had to make sure. Very reasonable pricing too. Not ideal before Christmas but I was happy paying the low price both times.

Great experience. They had everything i wanted and at reasonable prices. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, only too happy to show me where specific products could be found.

We have recently moved to the area so registered our two beagles with Park House Vets in Stafford. All the staff were very friendly and didn't rush you. Gave helpful advice about our dogs. Thank you.

Lovely up to date center as they have recently moved to a bigger place. The staff are all really lovely, friendly and welcoming.
