I attended the store on Saturday 10th Sept, I'd ordered 3 parcels for collection .
I d received text messages emails my parcels were ready for collection , one of which was a birthday present for the following day . Unfortunately only 1 of my parcels could be located . I was directed to a young man who tried to help , Matthew . Matthew tried his best to locate my parcels but couldn't at that time I called back several hours later to find still no joy .Matthew tried again and made some more enquiries , he was fab and found my 2 remaining items just before the store closed , so grateful to him the birthday wasn't ruined . Good job by this young man deserves recognition for his customer service , thanks again

Not a big sportsware fan, but when the time comes, the shop calls, jd sport no matter where I have to go the staff are really helpful, fantastic customer service

A very helpful young lady called Tia showed me excellent customer service on a very busy afternoon... she’s a real asset to this branch......
Great shop, if u want to go when empty the morning is definitely the right time, staff are always polite and cheerful and always around.
