We visited this store on the 17/12/20 at around 1.30pm and unfortunately did not receive the service we had experienced in other Clarks stores. We were intending to buy four pairs of shoes for our kids and ourselves for Christmas however the service assistant was for some reason unwilling/unable to help us. She seemed overloaded but I could only see 2 other shoppers in the store at that time (and there were other assistants). I understand that there must be safeguards in place to protect everyone at the moment but it must be the shop assistants primary focus to find a way to safely sell shoes and not create a situation where we felt we were in the way. We were advised we should have made an appointment but I would expect a significant amount of passing trade (such as us) being missed by Clarks if this is company policy. Also, the attitude we received in the store means I certainly wont be booking an appointment. Shame really as all other shops in Wolverhampton seem to have found safe and customer service focused ways to sell during this difficult time. If this approach was mainstream it really would signal the death of the high street - passing trade is your competitive advantage and actively dissuading this cant be the right thing.

Really great service. Masterstroke to spread out to the ground floor as well as the first floor. Good social distancing. Looked after really well. Clarks Wolverhampton is to be recommended

Turned up this afternoon to purchase shoes for teen son. Was concerned may not get in as did not have a pre booked appointment. However son was seen straight away and given a variety of shoes to try. The service from the member of staff was impeccable. Highly recommended .

Extremely friendly staff. Quick and easy. We went and they said they could book us in for an hour's time. But because its wolverhampton there was plenty to do while we waited. We went into wulfrun shopping centre and when we came back for the appointment they were all ready
