Excelant customer service dept. After recently purchasing several items of clothing I realised a bottle of perfume that I had purchased was not in my bag when I got home. After phoning the store to explain and answering few details off my receipt, I was told there would be a replacement waiting for me on my next visit to the store. Well done
My 2 year old son needed the toilet and a male member of staff told me there were no staff toilets in the store and that myself my 2 year old and my 10 month old would have to leave the store and go across the road to the Costa coffee shop to use the toilet. My 2 year then wet himself in the shop!!!! I'm disgusted!!!! It would of taken 1 minute to let me 2 year old use the staff toilets!!!! He is only recently toilet trained and this will knock his confidence!!!!! I won't be visiting this store again!!!!
Normally a great service however when collecting goods queue a mile long and no one calling for assistance
I'd give them 10 stars if there was 10 stars. It's so nice in there. There's so much 2 choose from. It's great 4 any age. Can't wait 2 go again
Decent Next, quite a small men's section. If you're looking for suits, try Merry Hill Shopping Centre or Birmingham, Bentley Bridge and Wolverhampton are too small to have the choice you'll probably want.
Otherwise a good store. Helpful staff.
