A good variety of shops, from the big brands to the small local businesses. Fairly well navigable as well, including the parking, entrances and the multi floor. It can get really crowded, especially during the festivities, which is understandable. Kept nice and tidy, most times there's security walking around for everyone's safety. However, given the town's reputation, you must not rely on security and be self aware and of your surroundings!

Undercover parking available. Wide variety of shops to wonder in. Grocery shops, beauty shops, pharmacy, mobile shops and many others. Wheelchair accessible and friendly. Toilets could be better maintained but aren't filthy, just smell musty each time I've used them.

Unfortunately many shops appear to be have shut down. This was noticeable before the pandemic and it appears that the pandemic has exacerbated this. Popular shops have relocated from the fringes of the shopping centre to a more central location where there is better footfall. Having lived in the city for over 40 years, the last decade has been a sharp contrast from the busier days of the prior decades. However, during this pandemic and particularly on a Sunday this makes it a safer shopping experience and there are still sufficient shops there to satisfy needs of a family. Good signage and one way systems noted, and most people appear to be following them.
