Dennis provided a competitive quote and offered good ideas with regards to retiling our bathroom. After receiving his quote we agreed a start date and confirmed he would contact us the week before to ensure we had purchased everything he had advised. No call received and with the current Covid restrictions I sent a txt to ensure all was OK to still go ahead. No response and with the start date getting closer I called and txt once more. Still no response. Both my husband and I were abit miffed by the lack of response so my husband chose to txt from his number under the guise of a new customer to which he received a swift response from Dennis stating he was booked up for 5 weeks. It would seem Dennis has chosen to ignore us and our job whilst securing other work. A simple txt message would've been sufficient instead of messing us about. As a self employed worker myself I had left a number of days work free to facilitate Dennis' access to my house so not only have we been left in the lurch but I'm also a number of days out of work myself.

Feedback about this cannot be anything but positive due to the professionalism and workmanship carried out in our kitchen. The final result is fantastic and looks amazing so if you need tilling this is your man! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was clean and tidy with very little mess. Thank you.

Dennis tiled our kitchen, extension & utility room it looks absolutely superb. He was very tidy and professional at all times advising and updating us all the way through the job, we were so impressed we had Dennis back to tile our hallway!!

What a complete transformation!!! I needed to change my outdated kitchen and what a remarkable job South Wales Ceramics and Stones have done. So happy with the finished result and still cannot believe it is my kitchen. The level of service was amazing, everything was completed to perfection and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for my new kitchen!
