Because my previous ostapathe had retired i went to these with a bad back. They used different techniques to relieve the pain. Werst my old ostapathe manipulated my back. I was almost pain free and able to walk upright , afterwards. These on the other hand did next to nothing regarding manipulation of my back. Just put me on a Tens machine that relived the pain at the time but i was in pain again within 15 minutes of leaving and told me to put a ice pack on 3 times a day. I tried 3 sessions because it was suggested that it would take several visits to ease the pain. After the 3rd i had not seen any change in my condition so decided to stop treatment with them. Straight After this I did get a lumbar support that relived my pain within a day. It restricted my lower back movement and reducing the swelling and within 3 days there was only slightly pain in certen positions. A week later no pain. All for £8 .

After my very first treatment I was feeling 60% better and have had an improvement on my neck and shoulder area after each further treatment. I would recommend Sat who is thorough, professional and very friendly making you feel relaxed He has given me exercises to do at home which has been very helpful
