My partner went into ProNails to have her nails done and she is far from happy with the end result, they are wonky, lumpy, the paint is spotty and had her thumb cut. For the price she was expecting a professional service and didn't receive it. Not only is she not happy with the nails the attitude of the staff appeared to be very immature. There's no way she will go there again or recommend anyone else to either. Very disappointed.
Whilst having gel extensions here, my fingernails were scorched under the lamp which was extremely painful, far more painful than any other lamp in any other nail salon. When I said to the woman who was painting my nails that the heat coming from the lamp was unbearable and that I was close to tears, she shrugged it off and was very unhelpful. Prices are higher here than everywhere else.
Amazing staff who did a brilliant job, my nails lasted a long time and didnt affect my natural nails at all.
