I totally love going there as it's such a welcoming atmosphere. R&R is my ''Go To'' salon in Pembrokeshire.
My usuals are Massage, Waxing, Nails, Reflexology and Reiki.
Because they work with energy they understand and can take care of imbalances that wouldn't otherwise be picked up in a ''normal'' salon.
The care quality, work detail quality are of London standards.
Definitely book in advance if you're here on holiday though as they get exceptionally busy during peak seasons. Off peak you're more likely to be able to do a ''drop in'' appointment.
