Super helpful staff. Gorgeous nails and used the sun bed and thoroughly happy with the service each time. Highly recommended

Sadly, I can't comment on the quality of the work of this salon, but I can leave a review about their customer service (for lack of a better term). Which to be frank, has a lot to learn! In a day and age where the market is saturated, you would think they would try everything to secure future business, by having exceptional customer service, however this salon is extremely lacking. I would prefer not to have even given them a star, but sadly this isn't possible. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! Unprofessional , poor communication and honestly a rather disappointing experience... I feel that spending money on any beauty treatment is just that, a *treat*, but after having a very brief interaction with them, I can confidently say I would most definitely not spend a penny with them.

I had minx treatment for my toe nails recently before going abroad for 3 weeks. This failed within a week after it was placed. When she did the treatment I knew as it was quite flimsy she herself was unsure, got advise from her colleague. She used a hair dyer to soften the minx - previously when I had minx I remember they used special lamp to soften and it stayed for a long time. When returned from holidays I called them and told them that minx has come off with in a week and also explained that I have photos to show them which I took a week after the treatment when it fell off. She was dismissive and defensive - tried to tell me that it’s all my fault and the previous nail polish was to be blamed. Initially when I booked the appointment she mentioned that She will need extra half an hour to remove my previous nail polish which I did. She did take my previous nail polish completely and then applied the minx .She also suggested that I should have contacted them straight away even when I was on Holidays. I was very unhappy with the whole situation.

Had my hair, nails and eyebrows done there, honestly, the best place I've ever been to be pampered, the girls are so friendly and easy to talk to, they make you feel right at home
