My wife turned up on time for an appointment, the vet was not there, she was sent off for 15 minutes to wait for the vet, basically left hanging around in the cold. Upon return, the vet is now seeing someone else and it's my wife's fault because she is supposedly "late'. Incompetent staff did not have the decency to even call her when the vet turned up. Vet refused to acknowledge this mess up and she told to wait or rebook. In summary our first and last visit - unprofessional, incompetent and a waste of time.
