Receptionist very helpful. Nurse very friendly and professional. Then on Saturday telephone call after Fridays visit I spoke to a vet. Helpful and professional. Puppy on the mend. Happy owner. Thank you.

This is the only vets I would register my pets with. The team of vets are very professional and they obviously care passionately about the animals they treat. Their treatment prices are competitive and their complete care packages for cats are excellent value for money. Always helpful and friendly, I recommend them to everyone(!)

This vets is absolutely amazing. They are so caring and helpful. I have taken my both dogs here for treatment and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 star treatment and service for very reasonable costs.

Since joining Vets4Pet's from my previous veterinary practice, I have found the service to be excellent. Contacting reception is far easier, as is arranging an appointment. Prices for treatment are overall very fair too.

Very poor, I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. My usual vets couldn't provide an appointment for over a month, so I took my cat here (due to a friend's recommendation). He suffers from flea allergy dermatitis, and is traditionally given steroid injections to calm the irritation and Advocate to get rid of the fleas. In addition, he lives with his sister, who also needs Advocate so they don't jump from her on to him. Literally all of this was relayed, verbatim, to the person who came to my car. Vets4Pets proceeded to charge me £90 to give me one pipette of Advocate, steroid tablets and antibiotics. I asked if I could get a prescription for more Advocate, as my other cat still had fleas and they would simply jump from one to the other. I was told that because the other cat was not a patient they could not prescribe Advocate. As I suspected, this made the entire trip utterly pointless; despite repeated flea combings, the fleas remained on the other cat and have jumped back onto the cat I took to Vets4Pets. He is once again suffering from scabs, patchy fur and fleas. Perhaps if you ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME this wouldn't have happened. In any case, my cat is still in exactly the same position, I'm £90 lighter than I was a month ago and I'll make sure I take my friend's recommendations with a grain of salt from now on!
