We have had Plaztek cages in our practice for 16 years and were very pleased with them. However, we have tried unsuccessfully to get Plaztek to visit us to quote for additional cages and to quote for moving our existing ones.
On two occasions they promised to visit then didn't turn up. They are difficult to get hold of on the telephone and they don't respond to emails.
Sadly, even though their product is a good one, I cannot recommend this company until they sort out their lack of customer service.
