Riversmeet used to be an amazing veterinary surgery to take your pets too BUT that has changed ...my family and i have been customers there for years spending thousands of pounds but that's going to change because since they have been taken over the company doesnt care at all. I cant complain about the staff in Tamworth but as a whole its shocking the changes that have been made. Also they don't use Owen at Kings Hill Pet cremation anymore which is an amazing pet cremation company and family business....seems like all Riversmeet are doing is looking after number 1...how sad you are that all you care about is MONEY !!!

We have received the best care for our dog who suffered bi lateral cruciate ligament rupture. The staff and surgeons have been exceptional keeping us informed all the way. A massive thank you to Simon Barrington-Ward for all his expertise and care. Would highly recommend their practice for your pet we have been with then for 10 years would not change

Whilst there are many veterinary surgeries local to me, loads in fact. I travel a fair distance to Riversmeet, Tamworth. I book to see Simon Paterson (i'm sure the other vets there are as competent) but Simon in particular is exactly the vet one would hope for. Engaging, committed, confident, pleasant and 'above all' enthusiastic and very informative. Clearly spoken and helpful. A true credit to his profession and i know he has my 'beloved' (four) dogs health at heart. No up-selling here, which is the reason i moved from my previous vet. So. THANK YOU Simon and THANK YOU Riversmeet and all the staff. Keep up the good work. x
