I took noah , my 1yr old golden retriever here for the first time. The girl on reception was extremely busy (phone constantly ringing and a queue of 6/7 people waiting to be dealt with. She kept calm and was fantastic, but please think about having a second receptionist as she was rushing round everywhere trying to do 20 different jobs
The nurse that we saw was thorough and very happy to answer questions I had. She advised a few things, checked a few things and was lovely throughout. You can tell that they enjoy their job, and their service is brilliant. Thankyou for being so helpful today!
Great friendly caring staff,have been taking my dog there for eight years. Open 7 days aweek great parking always able to get an appointment. Staff really care about the animals they look after wouldn't go anywhere else with my dog.
I have used this vets for several years and always found them to be amazing. Sadly I lost my dog recently, this vets treated us with so much compassion. Prices are good for the standard of service received, highly recommend
