Was advised car will be picked up by loader, not the case. 33miles added to car's mileage thats other drivers fault, and Solus promised a loader. Poor

Just got my car back an hour ago. All repairs seem to have been done to a very high standard. The staff were courteous and pleasant. However, in order to effect repairs, they had needed to remove the number plate from my tailgate and instead of putting the same number plate back ( on its sticky pads) for some reason they found an old, unused plate that had been laying around in the boot, and decided to put this on instead. Obviously this plate can’t stay on and I’ll have to do the job of changing them over, myself. I’m very dissappointed. They even had to drill holes through the old number plate to fix it on. Throughout the job.the original number plate was lying on the back seat, where they had put it when they took it off!!

No problems at all, nice clean courtesy car delivered to our house. Was told repair would take a further 10 days from getting spare parts in but then repair finished next day! Repair looks and seems absolutely ok. But it might have been nice to know exactly what had been done.
