Fantastic branch, Sofie was very helpful, she deserved a pay increase ! :)
It was my first time renting a car, my first time driving since passing my test, and i needed a car for an emergency family matter. so there were a lot of nerves and I was quite apprehensive with it all.
The car was £135 + £200 deposit (which was a surprise as there is no mention of it, but it's a minor fault)
The staff were professional, and very helpful with any questions I had to ask, I was given an immaculate Vauxhall corsa, and upon return was told I had actually been over charged and refunded £218
Very happy all in all and will be using them again!!! :)

Good customer service. Clean and tidy vehicle. They waited for my late return, which I appreciated. Only downer - forgot to pay dart charge for two crossings until 4 days after rental; gonna cost me bundles in fines. Memory fail.
One of the managers at the Ipswich branch was extremely rude when speaking to me and had no understanding of customer service what so ever, a very belittling little man!! Gary , a trainee, was fantastic, a credit to enterprise, perhaps he could teach his manager a thing or two !!!
