Fast turnaround as my car strut mounts been broken. Left my car to H&F Autos after hour recived message that my car is fixed. And i was back on the road. Friendly staff and good pricing.

I've been with H&F for many years, sadly this was soured by my last experience this summer, when the power steering motor made loud noises. I brought this issue up when I brought the car in for a service, yet nothing was done about it. When I brought it in again about this issue H&F told me the motor needed replacing at a cost of over £200. By chance, before getting that work done I stopped by another garage for something unrelated where the mechanic heard the noise. He showed me that the fluid levels were too low and a £10 power steering fluid bottle later everything was good again. Sadly, I don't feel I can trust H&F Autos advice anymore and that my ignorance about cars has been exploited, and have hence taken my business elsewhere. However, I must say that it's not all bad and that they have done me the odd favour in the past.
