Bit messy but cheap and can find good quality stuff
They sell good stuff and not so good stuff but as usual, you get what you pay for so buy cheap, buy twice. Good value for money all in all. Very impressive Covid precautions in place. Better than any other shop I've visited throughout the pandemic.
Seriously, the customer service on this store is unbelievably appalling. Firstly you need to walk around to find someone to help you specially upstairs as there’s never seems to have people on the shop floor, then when you find it, they barely or never salute you, zero eye contact, they always seems to be on a rush and they are very rude. I love things from the range but you definitely need to give your stuff some customer service lecture. They always make you feel like you are not even paying and they’re doing you a favour.
Every one cheerful and helpful. Felt sorry for young girl in coffee shop on her own still cheerful and smiling at everyone. She gets today's medal!
Home furnishing department, man was very helpful, Carried very heavy chest of draws down stairs to the till and even put it in the car for me.
