Always welcoming. No queue the last couple of times I've been. Good signage for customers to go one way around the store, just a pity that very few people actually took any notice of it!
I usually go shopping at off peak times so its not too busy (even with the recent Covid19 procedures) - this store recently started deploying "scan and pay" on mobile which isn't too bad, but app is a bit laggy and so is the transfer to the main EPOS terminal; not quite as smooth as Tesco with "Scan as you shop"
Very convenient and the price is right.
