The store is always clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick and efficient and the management team are always quick to resolve any issues. No complaints from me. Credit where credit is due.

First time in there. For me a real treat. Staff (Larna) had been really helpful, showed an interest in my project, and very professional having some humour in our conversation. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Cheeky devil, she even sold me a saw to cut down my 3 mtr pipe when I found I couldn't fit it in my car.
Very helpful staff especially a young women named Jade, she made sure that I had everything I needed and was polite and informative
Called in about 5.20pm had to queue about 5 mins, when I was served I had the usual very kind and friendly service. Staff (Pauline) are always polite and welcoming.
