This company had been called to recover my vehicle from the M1 following an accident and they attended very promptly. They were also extremely nice when I arrived yesterday at their premises to retrieve my personal belongings from my car. The lady at reception was welcoming and very kind while she explained what would be happening and the young guy who escorted me to my vehicle was incredibly patient, polite and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending J&K Recovery as my own experience has shown them to be a really efficient and sensitive company providing a super professional service.
They stole my phone have all the evidence there still don't want to give it back
Very mean people at reception.
It is a blonde old lady who don"t want to listen whole problem, first answer is "no" on everything.
I was with a friend to recover his belongs from his car and was one hour untill they let him to take his things, he was victim of car accident and at that time he didn"t ask the other guy the name and didn't take his reg number, people from JaK recovery didn"t wamt to tell us the other guy registration number (that car was in they yard, first line but was not visible)... So mean
Had a really nice and skilled driver called James. He arrived earlier then planned and was even able to put my car on my fairly narrow cornered driveway
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very racist manager in my opinion and should be sued legally !
