Good insurance firm. Attendants there are polite people, the manager John is very competent. Normally they help the costumers. Is good because we are loosing the opportunity to talk with some one face to face, and we have instead Internet (ONLINE) for everything. One day we have no more shops or public departments to go, but only online. People like me regret the situation, and still interested in talk with some one face to face. So, I recommend vividly A-Plan Insurance branch.

Local insurance firm (I always try and buy local where I can) who give you the independent experience rather than a corporate, by that I mean, you deal with one person who can quickly get to your details when you call and does the very best to get you the best deal they can on car and home insurance. They also are very amiable and are actually interested in selling you insurance unlike some of the disinterested people from big corporates that I have spoken to! They will also be upfront if they can't match or better another quote but they seem to do their utmost to get you that great deal if they can and usually they can! Been with them several years as personal and business clients and also recommended them to anyone who is on the lookout to change insurers.
