Service is awful. Lady behind the counter was serving me and the phone at the same time, PLUS talking to another lady picking up a parcel. And she was really rude!! I don't use it unless I really have to!
Popped in top up my fuel slightly cheaper prices then bp/shell
Terreble owner or the guy who is working there. He refused to sale me lottery ticket as I'm not buying petrol. If I want to buy I'll have to wait as customers buying petrol are priority.

I was in that Petrol station on 7/12/18 using the HERMES Parcel service which they have there, it was about 10.30 am or there abouts.
The guy working there was so rude to me, he even went as far as to instigate an argument, this isn't the first time i have used this petrol station & every time hes there, he starts an argument, i don't know what his problem is.
The guy has no customer service skills nor people skills.
Employing someone like him really lets the company down & he should not be working with the general public.
