Excellent experience! My daughter had her ears pierced and the whole process was very smooth. The jeweller fully explained what was going to happen and put her at ease. We had been recommended FHinds in Ipswich as a number of her friends had had their ears pierced there and we were very impressed with the whole service.
I’d highly recommend this jewellers for ear piercing. The earring selection is lovely too, my daughter is absolutely delighted!
After shopping around at several other jewellers I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in store at the Ipswich branch. From the start the staff were friendly and dealt with the covid management really well.
I was served by a young lady at the counter who was very helpful, friendly and helped to make it a pleasant shopping experience. I would definitely go back for any future purchases.

Decided to buy our wedding rings here. Staff did not seem to know what they were talking about and upon checking the receipt after placing the order found out that they ordered the wrong ring shape for me. This caused a big delay in receiving the items as it needed to get changed. Furthermore, when paying, the member of staff did not confirm anything at all.... amount, shape, size, nothing!
I would rather pay a bit more somewhere else and get good service than deal with this incompetence again.
Came in today to look at some wedding rings, the staff were by the counter talking. The blonde short haired women was rude unhelpful and very very patronising asking me to pull my mask up in the most condescending patronising way when I was just trying to sort my toddler out as I standing in the entrance holding heavy bags. At that point My partner told her we would go elsewhere as he didn’t like her manner towards me, went to T.H baker and spent £500 on a beautiful ring for him and was treated with nothing but respect and good manners. Won’t be returning to To this store again.
