Excellent service from the registrars at this office. They answered all my queries about our wedding and what rules needed to be adhered to, they made it clear and concise. Four days before our wedding, we found out that our ceremony venue had to close due to contact with Coronavirus. We called the registry office and they were so helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we could get married at the registry office on the day we planned, at the time we planned. Everyone we spoke to was lovely and the ceremony itself was perfect.

Went to register the birth of our son, was very well organized with Covid restrictions in place.
We just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Lisa our Registrar for being part of our wedding day last Thursday. Everything was perfect from start to finish! From the moment we met Lisa to give our notice we completely relaxed and knew we were in good hands. She completely reassured us that she would make the ceremony run as perfectly as she could and we had nothing to worry about. So many people commented on how lovely and down to earth she was. We were SO happy Lisa married us and was a part of our day. We cannot thank her enough!! ❤
No point in calling - you'll never get through to a human being. If you leave a message and miss the call back, you won't get another call. You just have to keep ringing back and leaving your details in the hope they call you back at a time when you're on break. You can only ring during opening hours, which is obviously when we are working so the chances of me speaking to someone today - slim to none? I need to arrange a collection of a birth cert which is fairly urgent, can't go online as the person I am doing this for is vulnerable and won't use her debit card online, we need the cert copy ASAP. I am starting to wonder if anyone works there at all? This service is awful, if you want to use the service by phone, forget it!
