Would give no stars if it were possible. Shame on the Council for using Ipserv to manage their car parks. Ipserv staff were rude and condescending and had no interest in listening. Their staff did not know their own complaints procedure and in the end i gave up. Ipserv are disciminate in how they hand out parking charges because they are given to some and not others.
Shame on the council. A friend of mine a is nurse. Got a parking ticket in car park in town. Your quicker another when you want help from the NHS.. Shame on you.
School still open and they’re closed rubbish
Spoke to some woman by the name of Rebecca in repairs team, woman was rude as hell. Very sarcastic, spoke over me and accused me of lying and rushed me off the phone. By telling me by as I was still speaking to her. This is type of person you want representing your company, telling I can make a complaint. Basically wanting me to make a complaint.
Well, I dont know who other people have spoken to, but Ive jus spoken to a person at Ipsich Borough office, who couldnt have been more helpful. so comeon lets not all be grumbling, Im sure they do their best! Thank you !
