Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever received
. We go to walk in the shop and the man ( walking back inside ) he was outside on his phone said “oh no really “ . like we was interrupting his conversation! My girlfriend said sorry - he said “ but are you really sorry “.
This is no joke - I’ve made a complaint to head of company hopefully something is done about this . How does this shop have any customers

Had a couple sets of keys cut and they dont work! Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue!
I may have been the unlucky customer but getting a key cut just shouldn’t be this hard. The first one didn’t work - fair enough so I took it back for another try, second attempt was just as useless. In returning to the shop for the third time in a day and having wasted my lunch hour walking backwards and forwards along the length of the 6 times I asked for my money back.
If this were a dodgy key cutting outfit charging a few quid I’d have expected it but £6.75 for a single Yale key cut from an original key and it still doesn’t work! Come on Timpson I expect more than “it happens sometimes” ☹️
