A really olde-worlde type of of shop with old fashioned values & excellent customer service but which unfortunately comes at a price with rather steep prices & high mark-ups. You'll undoubtedly find what you're looking for elsewhere but if you value good service, then you must be prepared to pay for it.

Never would i shop here again. Bought a silver keyring for my sons 21st and had a 21 silver charm attached to it. Cost me £80 in total. 2 days later took it back as they didn't solder the links together. They wanted to charge me another £55 when suggested they should be soldered anyway and i shouldn't have to pay for this, they said i could have it done for £40 which i declined. When buying the item they couldn't of been more helpful, but when i took it back they were uninterested and an attitude towards me. So didn't have the links soldered and feel like I've wasted £80. Wouldn't even give this shop one star.
