The staff are very helpful and the Pharmacist Sandra is professional and knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond to look after even the most difficult customers without prejudice.
Delivery driver doesnt understand the covid laws and was wearing his mask below his chin a foot away from me on my door step also my payment didnt go through so they didnt call me up they just left some of my medication leaving me in excruciating pain after just coming out of hosbital i called up to tell them about there driver and the medication all i got was oh ok il call you back dont feel promising as i didnt get a call back the day before when i was told i would and no apology about the driver the lack of caring from the staff is insanity wouldnt recommend using them il be using boots delivery service in the future might be slightly more expensive but at least il get the service!!!!
Turned up for an appointment and they said that I had called up to cancel (which I hadn’t) so they had given the appointment to someone else. I offered to wait and got told there was “absolutely no way I can see you, you will have to rebook in a few weeks time”.
They always remember names reliable with smile in service
Prepare and deliver your prescriptions which is a great service,needed an urgent prescription to be delivered so mount farm croasdale got their town branch to supply and deliver it.great service
