Absolutely delighted with the installation of my wood stove Chris is a very knowledgeable really nice guy nothing is to much trouble , and Paul the same he did most of the installation was very professional polite consensus careful and considerate , you couldn't wish for better .They used quality components a very fair price with excellent high quality of workmanship , i would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a wood stove installation, Many thanks Chris and Paul .

Initially a good experience as they seemed to know what they were doing during the survey. After buying the fire through Warmfront it was installed in December 2015 but since then I have had to call them back three times. First time was because the fire was coming away from the wall. A plumber from the same company discovered a 20p had been used to level the fire! Second time was because we could not turn the fire off. They were unconcerned when this was reported and advised they would get someone there when they could. The fire was on for over 24 hours before they attended. The final time and the last straw was because we couldn't adjust the out put. The fire was on high constantly. I was told a claim form needed to be completed so I provided details of the issues experienced and was advised I would have contact within 10 days. Another phone call to Warmfront after this time had elapsed to chase and gave them a timescale to resolve or I would apply for a refund as at this point it was approximately 4 weeks since I'd reported the problem with the high gas setting . I had to call again and completed yet another form as they advised the other had been lost allegedly by Be Modern the manufacturer. After another week had passed, I finally received a call from Be Modern who advised that Warmfront would be calling at my property that same day as it was a simple fix and would not take long. I immediately called Warmfront and asked them to let me know when they would attend as I needed to make sure there was someone at the property. I did not receive a call. Instead I had a call from my 79 year old mother to say that someone from Warmfront had come to the property. They did not give their name and were rather abrupt. They were rude to my mother. Told her they were "doing her a favour" and then said he was cleaning up her "mess" when referring to the adjustment to the fire. He did the adjustment then slammed out of the house. From the first phone call regarding the high gas setting reported to rectification was 5 weeks. I cannot say how disappointed I am particularly in the way he treated my mother. Be Modern have been excellent an engineer recently attended to check the fire and the installation to ensure it is not a hazard. Unfortunately the coals had not been fitted properly and there was a slight issue with the gas pipe both items Be Modern sorted on the spot. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I would strongly recommend that you think twice before using this company. To provide such shoddy aftercare service and to make a 79 year old woman feel unsafe about the item that has been installed is not acceptable. To be upset by someone who was identified as being the owner of Warmfront has ensured that I will never do business with this company again. Once they have your money they do not care. Think twice please. If you want shoddy service, poor installation, rudeness and a don't care attitude and no customer service whatsoever then this is the company for you. However if you want the complete opposite then DO NOT USE WARMFRONT.
