Great for the occasional meal deal, but you expect that to be quite straight forward. Saw online that they had digital thermometers, so I called to find out for certain. Tried twice, no answer. Turned up at the store and was told they had sold out. To this very second, the website says the store still has them in stock.
So I guess update the website accurately or answer the phone in future, and your star rating will improve.
Lovely, friendly staff at the till!
Relatively small Boots, but in a very handy location. Also, I have found the people in the Pharmacy department exceptionally helpful and go there as my first choice, when needed.
Please note that it is located in the Ipswich Buttermarket, not the Sailmakers shopping centre.
