I recently visited the shop and noticed that there was an unpleasant smell.
I have used this chemist for seven years and I am familiar with the staff.
I mentioned that "its a bit stinky in here" to the lady at the counter.
When the man called over and said sarcastically "oh your polite aren't you"!
When I first moved into the area the atmosphere in the shop was light and friendly.
Now it seems that that some of the staff are stressed and take their attitude out on customers in a shocking and disrespectful manner.
Love this pharmacy, very quick and efficient not slow like stoke park pharmacy.
Prices are good and displayed on items. ( stoke park needs to take a leaf out st matthews st book🤔)
Linda and Micheal are great credit to this company 🙂
Excellent staff always happy to help you although a little slow on dispensing prescriptions disabled access is ok although there is no parking facility
