Member of staff with a very bad attitude has made me take my business elsewhere. All because I wasn't entirely sure when a prescription was requested!!! The Manager wasn't much better and had a couldn't care less attitude.
Excellent customer service and knowledge.
Arranged for a repeat prescription with the pharmacy. Could not have been more helpful.
Nightmare place, never answer the phone, younger members of staff, appear to be totally indifferent to any mistakes, they seem unable to reorder stock, 9 times out of 10 I'm told we don't have that item you'll have to come back, on one occasion i was actually told they had no insulin, which is ridiculous. No one knows details about medicines or what they are prescribed, for, and all this before coronavirus
Great pharmacy ordered repeat prescription through my doctors app ready in three days and text to say all ready thanks great service.
