Don't bother at all with this place. Prescriptions are never done, printed, labelled or bagged up ready to be collected or delivered. Always incomplete somehow and somewhat wrong. Run and owned by Chinese criminals who are The Seow's. Making a fortune and mockery out of our nhs. Illegal practices still going on here daily, from under paying pre-reg's and pharmacists who are mostly on visa's to giving you the customer cheaper (generic) items instead of the stated ones printed on the prescriptions and signed by a doctor. Which is Fraud! And sometimes dangerous? All of this going on with the practice managers full knowledge as well. She's in on the scam! Basically what's happening here is they are taking our nhs tax money to fund their new pharmacies they've been opening in Malaysia recently. Staff here are on the £NLW or just above but to be fair most ain't even worth that! They have also been investigated in recent times by the home office for illegally employing staff who had NO work permit or visa to work in the country. They need to be quickly investigated by gphc and the police and closed down fast! Take a chance if you want to unwell ones? but it always ends up not working out for yourselves. Hopefully a hard No deal Brexit will sort all theses crimes out once and for all? Remember covid19 came from this part of the world! So I wouldn't chance it if I was you! Hopefully 2020 will put an end to these fraudulent independent pharmacies who are all doing this in one way or another. Lets put a stop to it now! Avoid using them.

It takes too long to be served, and then even longer to find a prescription. I have found certain members of the pharmacy staff to be extremely rude and abrupt and picking up my prescriptions seem to annoy them? There seems to be a lack of urgency, professionalism and general politeness. Due to this I travel further to pick my prescriptions up elsewhere. I also don’t like having to shout out what my prescription is nor do I like disclosing my address and full name to everyone around me. There is definitely a requirement for further training because you will certainly not receive a “service with a smile” from the staff at the front at this pharmacy.

Never had any problems.. I go for our families drugs they give me the families drugs I pay for the families drugs.. They have always been polite and helpful and respectful.. I have always been playful and a handful and awkward at the best of times..

Never have enough staff on to man the counter and always feels it takes ages to be served
