My go to pharmacy. Always cheerful and helpful. If they don't have the script in they order it and let you know and offer a prescription pick up service. They have a good selection of goods too.
Very quick and easy experience this morning
Prescription sent by 111 GP to chemist and a five minute wait and received, paid by card. No problems
Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the chemist . I have a regular prescription which is made up of three pages of items which because of there complexity are issued in a dosset box . My prescription has been with the chemist for over a week . Phone call on Thursday they will be ready by 3pm . Not ready we have been contacting them every day ( now Sunday ) still no tablets ready , but also no tablets at home . After another trip and face to face conversation NO NOT READY and NO NOT GOING TO DO THEM TODAY!!! What a way to leave a patient ? What an attitude AVOID !!!! He doesn’t care
Profiteering from vulnerable people at this time is not a pleasant feeling, just simple eye drops for a child that cost 3 times the usual cost and conveniently only allowed to pay in cash and no receipt given! I suggest you avoid this place unless you’re desperate or loaded!!
This is the place to go if you need help with medical issues, sound advice given in a friendly and professional manner. David and Mai have worked so hard to make Kew Pharmacy one of the best, if not the best in Suffolk, they are backed up by Gabby (Pharmacist) and 3 Pharmacy Assistants, all staff are a credit to there profession. Thank you all for the help and kindness you have given my family and I.
