Disgraceful customer service!! Shocking behaviour by staff AND security guard..
Manager refused to give name when requested as for the business sake in these strange times your customer has to have a positive experience.
Shocking!!
If i could give them a 0 i would, we just walked there to shop for a lot of stuff but as we walked in with our masks, another customer went ahead no mask , the young assistant at the door did not even explain that mask is compulsory, so we walked out. No shop for us
Love matalan, good quality and so cheap. Only warning the store doesn't have air conditioning and tends to be very hot on a warm day, it makes the fun of trying on clothes not fun at all!!
Matalan seems to have, over the years steadily got better at what it does and what it offers. All they need now are some staff as on both of my recent visits, there has been a distinct lack of them. I honestly don't think I saw a single member of staff untill I went to pay.
Lots of items reduced by 25%. Store was busy, but not crowded. Check-out line moved customers along quickly. Lots of money saving bargains on sale today. Good shopping experience today.
