We were first time buyers and Puneet guided us right from the beginning till the very end, right until we got the keys to the house. He is honest, forthcoming and will give you a clear picture of how the process will be and how long it will take realistically. We had be told by others before him that 'buying a house' is a painful process that can take months and other complexities involving surveyors, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and real estate agents.
