Willowbank Cattery is hands down the best cattery I’ve used. Dawn and Mark are extremely approachable and a pleasure to deal with. My cat Muffin stayed at the Willowbank on numerous occasions, each time for a considerable amount of time. Nothing was too much trouble, even Muffin’s special diet was followed with no problem. Every time I went to collect Muffin, she looked well groomed, really content and most importantly she looked healthy. Facilities always look clean and well maintained. Location is perfect, really tranquil with lots of wild life to keep cats entertained. Thank you Dawn and Mark yet again. We will definitely use Willowbank in the future..

My furbabies always spend their holidays there...... They have chickens to watch and are extremely well looked after..... They almost don't want to come home!!!! 😁

I have boarded my cats with Willowbank for the last 4 years. They are always very well looked after. I have never had any cause for concern or complaint. This year, it was necessary for Willowbank to administer some medicine to my cats, on a daily basis. This they did without any problem. Willowbank also ensured that some tasty birthday treats I left with them were delivered to the cats on the due dates. All in all, Willowbank have been extremely helpful. They always are. Cat owners can be exacting about their pets. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Willowbank however. It is never easy to go away and leave one's pets behind. It makes it a little easier to know that they will be safe, well-fed, and well cared for at Willowbank. I recommend Willowbank. No cat owner would put their cats somewhere they weren't entirely confident with. I will be a returning customer again next year.
