Following a huge water leak in my flat I didn't know where to start. Sargon was fantastic and helped me with each stage of the insurance claim. His experience of navigating insurance policies was invaluable and he took a lot of stress out of the situation. He was very professional and couldn't do more to help. Subsequent strip and dry out was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I engaged Sargon and IC Assist as I was having issues conducting discussions with our Insurance company in respect to water damage that impacted our weekend home. Sargon added an extra dimension that I had not considered from my earlier discussions with our Insurance company and he could devote more time on our Water damage claim. He was extremely thorough in surveying the house and with his experience he was able to detail exactly what was required in the subsequent discussions with our Insurance company. He was also very patient. It took some considerable time for this to reach a conclusion but it now has and I could not thank Sargon enough for getting us into a position where we can move forward.
