Worst experience ever. I bought online kids coat week or more before lockdown. I took click and collect service. Everyday I was getting message sorry for delay. Few days before lockdown I got info with numbers that I can go and take itiem but when I go there they said they don't have it. I was told that they will call everyone and ask if you want refund or delivery. But silence.. till now I can't get it refund or itiem. I aske paypal bet nothing, I email them many times but they sending the same email over and over again. It really bad experience from this expensive shop.
Outstanding service by each and every member of staff. I popped in with my daughter at 5:40pm (20 minutes before closing). All staff friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to see so many young people joyful and positive.
Staff assist my daughter with her trainers and didn't moan that it was closing time. We didn't felt rushed or presured to leave.
If anyone has any Pandanic blues, pop in there. I left feeling happy and very pleased with the service. I hope the staff get rewarded for their outstanding service.
