We just changed to the Ipswich Veterinarian Centre and I would highly recommend this service. They were very professional, polite and thorough. We are very pleased with them. They have a well aired reception area where you can go in with your animals. Wear a coat as, because it's well aired, it's very cold, but it was lovely to take our cat in ourselves and not have to drop her at the door.

After needing a visit for my dog for eating sultanas the staff were very quick to see him and get treatment started asap. Very fast, efficient and great at keeping me updated. All the staff are making sure everyone is safe and protected. Thanks to everyone thats looked after asher today, can't wait to see him back to his energetic self.

Recommeded : Fantastic dog groom on our 2 cockerpoos today. 1st visit and asking for not a typical cockerpoo cut but just a tidier version they look exactly as we hoped.. themselves 😊 a fantastic cut and they smell divine. Thankyou we will be back.

My daughter needed someone to look at her dog, although it's not her normal vets the dog was not well but they were not able to accommodate although it wasn't said, once they knew she used elsewhere they didnt want to know.

Earlier this year, I took my dog, Jess, into this practice with an oral MCT. Through a difficult process of medications, multiple vets, and a lengthy specialist referral process, she was eventually put to sleep to spare the suffering. Looking back on the whole situation now, and reliving the events, multiple times now. I really didn't feel like the support was there from the practice as a whole. The moment it was realised that Jess had cancer, most of the vets seemed to lean towards putting her to sleep, instead of putting up a fight, and some didn't seem to care at all. Her prognosis wasn't great from the begining, and I acknowledge that writing this, and there was was one vet that seemed like she really did care for Jess, but I can't help but think that the practice as a whole lost all hope on her the moment her life was in question. I can't comment on the other facilities this practice offers, But if your like me, and truly love your pet, and there is a situation where he/she falls badly Ill, please don't rely on this practice, or at least take in my warning based on the experience I had and go elsewhere. I'd rather no one ever have to go through the same experience I did here and choose somewhere far more beneficial for them and their pets.
