Great service was an emergency and they took our boy straight away out of hours on a Sunday couldn't of thanked them any more. During his stay he ended up with an infected toe nail which was nobody's fault but he was taken straight to the vets where he is registered and he was seen to straight away and the vet bill was covered which was really appreciated and we are very grateful for wouldn't go anywhere else
Apologies didn't realise it was two! My error and have edited it, and yes you've had our dogs many times.
The only criticism we have is that some requests we have made haven't been met on occasions and perhaps one of our dogs may not be suitable for your busy environment. Otherwise we find you very lovely.
My dog is 3 and has stayed here 5 times, she is very well looked after by lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend
