New transport manager who don't know what he's doing he sends drivers out overloaded had us out near enough 19 hours during the summer getting a fellow driver to drive an arctic back from near bristol after the back wheels fell off risking lives he bullies the poor guys on the loading department and threatens them with their jobs
Well mate works there and said he's doning a 3 man job and its hard work for any one thinking this is an easy job good luck.
Just a suggestion, try employing drivers who can understand road signs. If you do, in future maybe i wont be stuck for an hour and a half behind one of your drivers going up Bass Lane Summerseat, a clearly marked 3.5 tonne max lane. Your driver did an excellent job of blocking the entire village up at rush hour. One has to assume that if your drivers are so moronic the level of service your other staff offer must be equally as inept.
