The homemade vegan pasty turned out to be a great curried veg culinary delight and the staff turned out a great coffee and hot chocolate under a lot of pressure from a long queue

Tea room excellent BUT very disappointed with the condition of the ladies toilets. I know we are on a COVID crisis but that shouldn't mean we let standards drop- what our foreign visitors think of them I dread to think. Come on guys, as a National Trust volunteer I was disgusted, it doesn't take long to tidy toilets up 3 or 4 times a day.
Nice cafe close to the bea h helpful staff & good selection of food and drinks. Picnic tables outside to enjoy your lunch. If you do have change for the carpark as it is cash only then you can pay in the cafe and display the receipt in your windscreen.
