I have a 3 year service agreement with them, they are professional and it is a good service. However slightly expensive and hard to find a slot. But overall a good experience.

Fixed my car and sent me a video detailing everything else they had inspected. Reasonable quote for the work done. Very impressed with the service received.

Had my service done recently. My rear hazard light had clearly not been checked as it said it had been as it was not working. Phoned up to see if I could get this fixed because clearly there was a mistake in the service bur was told that it happened after service despite the fact it never came on after the service happened (I phoned up less than 48 hours after and had only driven the car for 5 minutes). Was told I urgently need new tyres but had this checked by an independent and was told they are fine. To finally top it off, as I am a new driver I didnt realise your indicator blinks quicker with the bulb blown. I have had my indicator like that for a while and somehow wasnt picked up in a service.

I am disgusted with the customer service at Wilson's. I brought a car from them last year, during this process they couldn't be more helpful and attentive. As soon as the car was brought the service rapidly went downhill. I have had it booked in for 2 recalls and a fix on the heater multiple times and each occasion has been a complete waste of my time by arriving at the servicing department to be told "we don't have the part". This would be fine if it was the first time (I understand that they do not keep all parts in stock) but this is after multiple phone calls and visits about the same issue being assured over the phone that they can fix it and they have the part. Staff do not seem to care the amount that they mess around customers and are very dismissive when you speak to them. I have attempted to make an official complaint about the customer service before and that fell on deaf ears.
