Look, hiring the van was fine. Returning the van was an issue. The entrance to the yard is so narrow with a wall jutting out that unfortunately I scraped the side of the van I had hired. I drive a van all day every day, but it was having its alternator replaced, hence the hire van. I am used to driving a van, anyway, no mention of how tight it was, the wall is chipped from people doing it previously. You would have to swing out into another lane of traffic to make the turn and that wasn't an option for me when I arrived during rush hour. My advice, either hire from elsewhere, or just leave the vehicle on the pavement outside. I will never hire from here again. A very expensive bill for a couple of scratches. Then the guy who works there is telling me his own sob story about how inconvenient the wall is for him, while he is charging my credit card £1,200. What he should have done is mention the problems when I hired the van in the first place. Avoid.

A pleasure to hire with enterprise, mature smartly turned out staff. Very helpful and a professional company. It is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and its as simple as that.

The worst customer service ever. They do not know how to solve the problem. I tried to rent a car but even with proof of address it was not possible. I lost my day off and all this situation was extremely annoying. At the end I do not have a car and I need to take a train. I lost a lot of time because of them. I definitely don't recommended!
