Great value and friendly customer service. But best of all, no gorrilla sales techniques unlike major chains. Kendall will never waste half an hour talking you into every possible upgrade. They will simply listen to your needs and will then give you the best deal. As good as it gets.

No problems with the truck i hired but lots of problems getting my deposit refunded. they unlaterily decided to give my deposit to WorldPay who are known con artists who sit on the money for as long as they can get away with. Kendall need to review this deposit refund approach immediately as it has completely ruined what would have been a positive experience
